I have a significant backlog of blog posts. So many things to do, so little time.
Anyway, unahin ko na to, para mabawasan ang mahabang listahan sa draft folder ko. We have this Monday routine. Dahil fixed na Saturday and Sunday ang off ko, busog ako sa tulog pag weekends. Monday morning, I have all the energy para makipag-sabayan sa hyper kong mag-ama :)
What we do, nag-la-lakad lakad kame. Yung walang plano kung saan pupunta, bahala na kung saan makarating. Masaya pala yung ganun. Madami kang madidiscover na bagong lugar. Pag napagod na, mag-la-lakad ulit pauwi.

So bago magsimula ang paglalakbay namen, dumadaan muna kame sa bakery, hehe :) Nag-babaon kame ng makakain sa daan.

Yes, I know. It sucks that you have to wake up early as it is, for school, for office, without having to go for a walk too! But trust me when I say that if you could just put the laziness aside and go for a morning walk every day, your body and your mind will thank you.
You may want to do this also. Masarap sa pakiramdam. Mas maganda kung makakapag-simula kayo ng medjo madilim pa. Para pag nag-bukang-liwayway, ma-witness niyo.
Duz made a butterfly out of a leaf. Chloe looked amazed here. Haha.

Duz was on the other side of the street. Nadapa si Chloe kaya, ayan tinignan ko kung nasugatan.
Pero dahil sanay na ang anak ko sa mga ganyan, parang walang nangyari :)

Para sa mga katulad ko na tamad mag-exercise, walking in the morning can be an alternative.
Maisingit ko lang - may nadaanan kameng nagtitinda ng Sukang Tuba. Gusto sanang bumili ni Duz pero alam niya na ayoko ng suka. Ang gusto lang ay Sukang Basi. So sad, wala akong mahanap na mabilhan ditto :(
Going back, it took us almost two hours of walking. Fresh air in the morning. Sunrise. Conversation with my loves. Things I really like.
You can walk the dog, walk with the kids, or just take a stroll by yourself. However you do it, walking is good for the mind, body, and soul. Here are some reasons why it's healthy and important:
