1/4 kilo malagkit (P20)
1/4 white sugar (P15)
- In a pot, combine glutinous rice and water.
- Simmer to boil until tender.
- Stir occasionally to avoid sticking on the pan.
- Add coconut milk and let it boil.
- Add sugar and corn.
- Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Stir continuously until you get the consistency you prefer.
This will make 5-6 servings.
